3. Products & Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products, including images, descriptions, sizes, and bead counts (mukhis), as accurately as possible.
Rudraksha beads are natural products, and slight variations in size, shape, colour, and texture between the product received and images shown on the Site are natural and do not constitute a defect.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product listed on our Site at any time without prior notice.
Disclaimer: Any references to spiritual, astrological, or health-related benefits of rudraksha on our Site are based on traditional belief and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, therapeutic, or professional advice, and results may vary from person to person.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable will be the one displayed at the time you place your order.
Payments on our Site are processed securely through PhonePe. By making a payment, you agree to PhonePe's applicable terms and conditions for payment processing.
We do not store your complete payment card, UPI, or banking credentials on our servers.
Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment realization.

5. Orders

Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase the product(s), which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity).
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details at the time of placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
Order cancellations are permitted only before dispatch, as detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within a reasonable timeframe. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier service availability.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the courier/shipping partner.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are provided only in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, refunds are issued only where a genuine issue exists with the product delivered (damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete), reported within 7 days of delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product photographs, and design, is the property of Rudra Rudraksha and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. PhonePe – payment gateway for processing transactions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rudra Rudraksha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or products purchased, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from delayed delivery, product unavailability, or reliance on any spiritual/traditional claims associated with our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or a purchased product shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
